This is the motto for a new cross-border transport connection between Hanseatic City of Rostock und the Danish City Nykøbing Falster, which was introduced in May 2011.

With just a single ticket you can travel from the railway station in Nykøbing Falster to Rostock for some city time and shopping pleasure – comfortably by bus and ferry. And in the evening leisurely travel back again. The Easyway Ticket is just the ticket. Beautiful North Germany delights its guest in many guises. Hanseatic city with soaring red brick churches, fishing villages with thatched cottages, palaces with fairytale gardens and seaside resorts with white villas all invite you to take an
exciting voyage of discovery. Visitors encounter the legacy of the Vikings and the Slavs, monks and dukes, pirates and
merchants at every turn. And nestling amongst it all are modern shopping temples and shopping streets with cosy restaurants and cafés – perfect for strolling
and indulging yourself. Discover the great diversity that is North Germany
with the affordable Easyway Ticket. Quite comfortably by bus and ferry. Simply catch the bus at
the railway station in Nykøbing (line 740). This will take you directly to the ferry in Gedser. Climb aboard one of the Scandlines ferries and travel over to Rostock. At the ferry terminal the shuttle
bus (line 40) will already be waiting to take you directly into the city (Kröpeliner Tor stop) or to the main railway station. All the connections are
scheduled in tandem with each other. And it is just as easy coming back again.
